Always a great place to stay in Edmonton
By Meister1981
I have stayed here twice now and all I can say is they live up to the Staybridge name. Nice up to date hotel near many restaurants and not far from the West Edmonton mall as well. Hotel is near the [More] highway which makes it great for my work when in Edmonton. This is and will be my go to place in Edmonton whenever I am there for work. [Less]

We enjoyed our stay: great location (close to the airport), great service; clean rooms; very comfortable beds and outstanding free breakfast and WIFI included. Honestly couldn't ask for anything [More] more! The pool and exercise room looked good as well, just didn't have any opportunity to take advantage of them. [Less]

Great Staff
By Howie2333
As always the staff is excellent, comfortable rooms, if they could control the excessive heat in the lobbies, breakfast and common areas it would be 5 star across the board, but I guess too much heat [More] isn't that bad this time of the year [Less]
Instant problem solving and great room
By LORMIL
Experienced some plumbing and lighting challenges and they were dealt with the moment Front Desk was advised. We were quite impressed with the service and the courteous behaviour of the maintenance [More] and Front Office staff. The room was nicely furnished and was quite comfortable which made our stay that more relaxing. The king sized bed with the lighting above the headboard made the room so seductive and the bed was sooo comfortable. We had a great view of the city from our bedroom. The reception and channels on the TV provided for pleasant viewing and the strong WIFI service sealed the stay. The location of the Hotel is quite strategic since it is in the heart of the city and within walking distance from Rodgers Place. [Less]
Great location
By Denbo14
We stayed here as we drove up from Calgary for a night out on Jasper Avenue planned and this is a great location. A very large hotel with very friendly staff from the moment we walked in who advised [More] on places to eat locally. The breakfast staff, who were trying to accommodate a large group of teenagers who ate like locusts, even came over and asked personally if we had enough to eat or there was enough variation, which we thought was a nice touch. The breakfast was even open until 12.00 which is a brilliant idea as we had stayed out late and still got a lie in with breakfast. My only moan would be paying $12 for parking, but apart from that we had a very pleasant stay as we had envisaged. Thank you to all the staff. [Less]
