I have stayed in a number of Indigos across the world now, and this one maintains the standard I have become accustomed to. It is almost difficult to believe it is part of the IHG group as Indigos
are a bit different to a common or garden chain hotel. Quirky might be a reasonable description - and I mean that in a very positive way.
The only area I felt this particular hotel could be improved is with breakfast management. Our first morning we arrived at 0930hrs and found it difficult to identify a member of staff; there were none to be seen. One did appear eventually. Also, on this and subsequent days I did find it a bit tedious to have to keep asking for items that had run out - e.g. butter, orange juice, jams etc. Staff should keep a sharper eye on that. Finally, this is the only place I can remember where we were presented with a bill BEFORE we had eaten - even then the bill was wrong! However, the food generally was fine.
Please note that this hotel (rather surprisingly) does not offer dinner, although bar snacks and room service are available. There are however plenty of restaurants in the the immediate area. [Less]
