It was a pleasure to return to the Crowne Plaza Kowloon East hotel and follow up on some of my outstanding work. The areas of service which always stands out is the staff on the Club Floor, the Front [More] Desk staff, Housekeeping and Concierge staff. From the Front Desk Check-in, to the Concierge, to the Club Lounge and Housekeeping, you are always made to feel that you are a very special guest to the hotel. All of the staff go the extra mile to make your stay one of the best experiences of any hotel. Anything which you need or require is taken care of immediately and nothing is left outstanding. I was able to book train tickets at the Concierge desk and have them delivered to the hotel within 3 hours of the booking; all before 8.00pm on the same night. The staff at the Club Lounge rate some of the best I have come across at any IHG hotel; it is a credit to their supervisor. Again, it is always great to stay at the Crowne Plaza Kowloon East hotel. Best hotel experience we ever had. The amenities were comprehensive and thoughtful. Took advantage of a free quality breakfast buffet daily along with an end of day happy hour with very good heavy [More] snacks served on the rooftop bar. Every amenity you could think of was provided and in plentiful quantities. They treated us great even though we were using reward points. About a 100 feet from the front door was the historic 1904 trolley system which took you throughout the island. Hotel convenient to everything on the Hong Kong side and worth the price of a stiff taxi fare from the airport. Uber is readily available for use to getting to Kowloon or the ferry terminals for about 10 to 15 dollars US. [Less]

New hotel with great service. Clean and good amenities. Not far from restaurants and the MTR. The view is not great because of the construction or other worn down buildings in the area. Will [More] definitely stay here again. Recommend adding Coke Zero or Coke Light to your welcome drinks. [Less]
My Hong Kong Stay
My arrival at the hotel was quite welcoming. I was received by hotel staff who helped me with my luggage and assisted me to the elevator going to the 1st floor where the reception office was located. [More] Staff reception were quite polite. The processing went smoothly that allowed us to get to our room on the 23rd floor which has a little view of the water. Overall, I was very happy with this stay. Highly recommended place to stay while in Hong kong. [Less]
