Super hotel with friendly helpful personel

Booked this hotel last minute so it was super value for money, there was a problem at check in as i wasn't in the system, due to the fact that i had only booked it a few hours before hand, however it wasn't a problem and i was checked in within 5 minutes. Very quick and efficient receptionist, who was super friendly and gave me an upgrade because of the inconvenience caused! Super room, immaculately clean and comfortable with complementary water and coffee ad tea facilities. It was raining over the weekend and i was also able to borrow an umbrella from the hotel. Went to the bar, the atmosphere is so nice there, friendly bar personel, a place to chill and relax. Breakfast also super, very helpful and friendly staff, great selection of food, and many different types of tea and coffee, plus many newspapers to choose from. Also plenty of space to park the car which is a big bonus in a hotel. I would definetely go back again, this now being my second time, and recommend this hotel to anyone.

We spent four very comfortable nights at the hotel.
We felt, however, a little disappointed with the catering. We got the impression that the restaurant was under-staffed. Also, the breakfast choice was more limited than we have experienced in comparable UK hotels.
