You can expect to be treated very well here. we were here for 4 months. Originally only supposed to be 3 weeks with our family of 6. Right off the bat they were helpful getting us the nicest
amenities we could afford. The front desk staff are extremely wonderful. David, Mackenzie and Kathrine and at the time Michael who I believe had to leave. I have 4 children which can become a handful for me at times. I have so many experiences with the staff helping me out. Each morning and throughout the day they welcome you and greet you with a smile on their face. I know they have so much to do but they always made me feel like I wasn't a burden and that they had time to help me.
My kids would frequently try and answer the riddle of the day for candy, they were so on top of things that they actually had a post it note to mark who had gotten a treat and who hadn't so the next shift would know. Helped me out so much! They could have complained to me but they just took care of the situation and helped me out especially with keeping them from eating too much sugar! my almost 2 year old would always get water and sometimes dump it on the floor, Kathrine was always firm with him in the most kind way and he would listen to her, again so helpful to me, if there was a mess she would just clean it up and set out a "wet floor" sign.
Once I needed a fix for our refrigerator. I thought something was wrong we were right but that happens, things break I get it, they were quick to get us another refrigerator help us move over our food and then Mackenzie and Michael brought me a gift card to replace the food that might have spoiled! without me asking.
David was full of compliments and was always helpful when my hands were full.
They were all a great second set of eyes on keeping my kids safe and helping them have a fun experience in the hotel, since it was hard to be starting school and living without all of our typical things.
The food was such a help! Breakfast every morning, Dinner basically 3 nights a week and Ken was always on top of making sure food was ready and available, he is very kind to those who are kind, sometimes I would come down and have my baby in my arms and I would be late for breakfast, I never expected anything but sometimes he would dish me up a plate of food and get it for me after the kitchen had closed. I didn't make that a habit but it was so nice the 2 or 3 times in 4 months that he did that for me.
maintenance manager was amazing and he was always friendly to us as well and helpful. They were always willing to listen to my needs and help me out as quickly as possible which was always very quick.
They became our professional family! honestly I could go on and on and on in fact when I needed a storage closet, Mackenzie knew it would take some time finding us the one we wanted and to make us the keys, she brought them up to us on the third floor and marked them so we would know which keys were room keys and closet keys.
These all may seem like little things but they were very important to us and make all the difference day after day for a long stay! My kids ask to go back there when asked where they want to go on vacation!
Thanks to all our friends at Staybridge for being Amazing!!! [Less]
