Featured Savannah Hotels

Make our Savannah hotels your base for discovering the gracious charms of this remarkably preserved antebellum city, where it costs little to appreciate the beauty of its historic district and sample the Low Country seafood.

The sun-dappled, tree-shaded boulevards of Savannah are yours to explore when you stay at our central hotels in Savannah. Elegant mansions drowsing under silvery Spanish moss sprang up during the region's 19th-century cotton boom. Impeccably laid out around a grid of 21 green squares, this Georgia port city has the largest National Historic Landmark District in the United States. Don't miss the Owen-Thomas House, an English Regency gem from 1816. Tour Mercer House, the decadent mansion that starred in the best-selling book Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. Slip into haunting Bonaventure Cemetery, where gardenia blossoms sweeten the air. If time is limited, hop on an Old Town Trolley tour of the historic district.

Proximity to the sea means restaurant menus are stocked with fresh local seafood. When you stay at our Savannah hotels you can dine on sweet creek shrimp simmered with grits and country ham or plump oysters roasted over an open fire. Sample "hoppin' John"-a regional specialty of smoky rice and peas eaten for good luck on New Year's. Walk off your meal on a breezy stroll along River Walk on the Savannah River. Savannah's old cotton warehouses along River Street have been fashionably converted into restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. You won't have to dress up to join the party, however; Savannah's laidback lifestyle carries over into evening. Stay in one of our Savannah hotels, and settle in to the leisurely pace.

Book a stay in our Holiday Inn Express® Savannah hotels and discover a city drenched in Old South atmosphere and genteel charm.

After an early check-in, we were able to work and enjoy a bit of leisure time in and near the hotel. We were also afforded a late check-out. Friendly staff..! [Less]
First night in Savannah

I wanted to stay in a place far enough from the tourist attractions but close enough to get to to be a tourist. Perfect spot for me. Found good food close by and a nice park to check out and workout [More] in. For the hotel itself even though under renovation downstairs I heard none of it from my room and it was very quiet aside from a pipe from another room while taking a shower. Aside from that all good, comfy bed. Wifi strong enough. Pool was nice and had it to myself and best of all everyone was very courteous. [Less]

Overall the stay was good. Lobby was a mess due to renovations, and parking was bit difficult due to work vehicles taking up multiple parking spaces; along with the renovation materials being stored [More] behind the hotel. Pancake machine broken for breakfast [Less]

My husband and I recently stayed at the Indigo while helping our daughter move into a new apt. She goes to SCAD and we've been to Savannah several times and this was our 1st time at the Indigo. Loved [More] the location, price was reasonable compared to others in similar location, the staff could not have been more friendly. Will definitely stay here again! [Less]
Great Staff!
By YBJ!
I brought my wife and my 80 lb lab on my business trip to Savannah. Both were treated exceptionally well. When I needed to print out a document, the front desk staff said their computer (at the [More] front desk) and printer were easier to use than the one in the Business Center. So they let me use theirs. Nice Work! [Less]
