....being military I travel often and have resided in quite a few IHG hotels. My recent stay was the worse hotel experience regarding the condition of the room. I was told that the hotel was under [More] construction after I arrived; however, if I had known prior to making the reservation I would not have stayed there at all. Horrible experience. Called front desk five days before our arrival expressed to them the need for a wheelchair room or room on first floor. Was traveling with a 95 year old lady and a physically disabled lady. They put [More] us on the 3rd floor between two rooms being renovated. The elevator was a plus but it wasn’t easy going in and out of the room area even with a elevator. People were working in the rooms beside us during the day and couldn’t relax because of the hammering. The workers tried to be quiet and we appreciated that. [Less]
