Celebrating our 25th!
By Ndluistro
We stayed here after our 25th wedding anniversary celebration in Hawai'i to get acclimated to the time change before heading back to St. Louis, Missouri; and we were not disappointed. Kim was working [More] the front desk and she was able to get us in earlier than check-in time. We had taken the overnight flight from Oahu and was really tired. The room was clean, the hotel was close to the Sea-Tac airport, and the free breakfast was excellent. Thank you Kim for accommodating our request and kudos to you. [Less]

Expected less, got more
By FastDo
One does not expect a high quality experience at anything named "express." But the night clerk checking us in after 14 hours of flying was friendly, welcoming, cheerful and efficient. When we woke [More] the next morning, the breakfast was surprisingly complete - not the usual toast/bagel/yogurt one finds at an economy chain. The coffee was also good. [Less]
No muss or fuss
By Accidental Traveler
This hotel is set back away from the street so it is quieter than most in an urban environment. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast is better than average. My room was presentable [More] but felt dismayed at finding a inappropriate disgusting CD tucked in the fold of the top bed blanket upon checkout - YUCK! Otherwise the stay was acceptable with little "muss or fuss". [Less]
