Clean, but staff should have noticed issue
By Deeb21
I arrived late in the evening. Had booked 2 rooms, one for myself and one for my daughter, son-in-law and 2-year old grandson. My room seemed clean enough. My daughter informed me the next morning [More] that their room had only hot water, no cold. We were in a rush for a meeting and checking out so did not contact the staff. My feeling is if the cleaning crew had done their job properly they would have noticed there was no cold water prior to clearing that room as ready. [Less]
