Our Bristol hotels are situated across the city and include two in the city centre, one to the North of the city, one in Filton and a hotel close to Bristol’s airport. So whether you’re just passing through, staying for a break or in Bristol on business, we’ve got a bed for you!
Bristol is home to the underground art scene that gave rise to Banksy. It’s well worth taking in the Banksy walking tour, whether guided or by yourself. Many of his works can be found in and around the city centre. But this isn’t the only way to take in art in Bristol. The Bristol Museum and Art Gallery hosts changing exhibitions.
For the shopaholics, the city centre’s shopping quarter is so big it’s divided into four sections! You’ll find all the usual High Street brands here as well as some independent retailers. To the North of the city, not too far from one our very own Bristol hotels, is the Mall at Cribbs Causeway. This boasts over 130 shops and some cafes and restaurants too.
Theatregoers and live music fans are as spoilt as the shopaholics in Bristol. With the Hippodrome, the Bristol Old Vic, the Redgrave Theatre, O2 Academy and Colston Hall, there’s almost always something happening!
If you’ve got time to take in the Bristol Docks, do so! It’s a great place for a quick drink or a pleasant lunch. There’s also a market and selection of shops to peruse. You’ll find the SS Great Britain, which is now a museum at the Great Western Dockyard. For an admission fee, you can go on board and have a look around too.
Those enjoying a family break might want to treat the kids to a day at the zoo. Bristol Zoo houses more than 400 species so you’ll definitely need a few hours to take it all in.
It’s easy enough to get to Bristol. The M32 runs right into the heart of the city and connects with the M4 and M5 motorways. There’s an airport in the city and you can get direct to the city by train from many cities and towns, including London, Cardiff, Portsmouth, Birmingham and Swansea.

Everything is good about this hotel, though the rooms are starting to look ready for a refurb, though I would agree are maintained. The meeting room facilities are excellent, the food during the day, breakfast and the restaurant in the evening are good. The location of the hotel works well. The best part of this hotel are by the staff, everyone is extremely polite and friendly, faultless. During the day while using meeting rooms, we are always well looked after. Big thank you to both Kate and Lynn, a credit to their employer. [Less]
