convenient stop for either driving north or south
By Dieter 706
Trafic in and out of Portland gets very congested during rush hour, making this a convenient place to stop. There are many restaurants near by.
When coming from the South, be alert if using[More] instructions from an iPhone. It almost made us turn on the I5 entrance going south. The entrance to the hotel is the next left turn at the gas station.[Less]
The only thing I could find to complain about was the size of the pillows, too large for sleeping, looked nice on King sized bed.[Less]

Staff at this facility are exceptional. Would like to recognize Teo and Jamison once again for exceptional customer service. I was not able to get the name of the individual who checked me in, but[More] he too was exceptional. This property treats me like a valuable guest, I try to return to this property as often as I can because it feels like home.[Less]
Shower was dirty
Hotel seemed to be updated and mostly clean. The shower was very dirty and the bathroom vent look like it had never been cleaned. AC in the room did not cool the room.[Less]
Nice room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Friendly reception. Cost is higher than I expected.[Less]
We had a great stay. It was a great hotel in a great city. The staff was wonderful, the amenities are wonderful, but the bar was too small. There were not enough seats.[Less]
