Featured New Orleans Hotels

As a guest of one of our Holiday Inn Express® New Orleans hotels, you'll enjoy the rich history, great music and diverse culture and cuisine of Louisiana's most celebrated city.

Hop on the St. Charles Avenue streetcar and tour the beautiful Southern mansions of the Garden District or spend the day - if not your entire New Orleans hotel stay - wandering the charming streets of the French Quarter.
There's art and antiques on Royal Street, trendy boutiques and gift shops on Magazine Street and lively street performers and musicians in Jackson Square.
Enjoy a cup of chicory coffee and fresh beignets on the patio of Café Du Monde or duck into one of the Quarter's seemingly hole-in-the-wall restaurants for authentic Creole gumbo and spicy jambalaya. Bourbon Street can be a bit of a tourist trap during the day, but once the sun goes down, New Orleans' famous party district earns its reputation.

Enjoy sugary-sweet rum hurricanes and authentic New Orleans jazz as you dance the night away in Bourbon's legendary bars and clubs.

If you're willing to venture out of the city center during your stay at our New Orleans hotels, stop by one of the above-ground cemeteries.
St. Louis is the oldest (dating back to 1789), and its hauntingly beautiful tombs have been featured in major Hollywood movies and works of fiction.
Tour groups are your best and safest bet here; although, carriage tours of the cemetery can be a real treat.
New Orleans carriage drivers are all certified tour guides, and their knowledge of the city's history and culture, as well as their local flavor and spin are far better than any travel book.

Of course, this is only a sampling of what the Big Easy has to offer our New Orleans hotel guests.
Time your visit during Mardi Gras or Jazz Fest to experience the lavish and boisterous festivals that make this city so special.

Best Hotel on Westbank!
By Missy

When you walk in the doors you are greeted with a warm welcome. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. From morning to night staff they're all so lovely and gives a great first/everlasting [More] impression of this hotel. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and very comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit real soon. This is a perfect example of what a good hotel should be!!! If you stay anywhere else your wasting your time and money. HIE is THE BEST!!!! [Less]

Would recomend this little gem in the middle of all things. Clean, comfortable and cozy rooms. Excellent breakfast choices for regular diets, more healthy and kid choices. Nice pool. Very [More] happy with the time spent here. The staff takes great pride for this property and it showed! They are now considered family! [Less]

This is the only place I stay when I visit New Orleans . The hotel is nice and clean the staff is attentive. The location is close to the french quarter via freeway and close to the lakeside mall for [More] shopping . My only complaint is that the buffet breakfast is not great and needs improvement but overall love this place . [Less]

When I stay at the holiday inn: it is always nice to be greeted with a smile and friendly faces. The rooms are always clean and relaxing. It's like a home away from home. I won't stay any where [More] else. Dinner and breakfast are always nice and the food and setting is nice also. Overall, my stay at the holiday inn is great and I will continue to stay here in the future. [Less]

Great location
By Elyse
Chateau Lemoyne is located 1blk from Bourbon St. close to all the action. Great resturants within walking distance. The location lends itself to a quite nights sleep on a comfortable bed. The [More] bathroom was rather small for two adults, but we made it work. We will stay there again. [Less]

Great comfort to relax after convention
By linzmarie89
I was more than impressed with the hotel during my stay. All the staff that I encountered was not only friendly, but also very helpful. I arrived in town earlier in the morning and went straight to [More] the convention center, when I finally arrived to the hotel I was still there before check in time. The front desk staff were able to find me room, while I waited less than 5 minutes for a room. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. For being one street away from Bourbon Street (my window faced Bourbon St), I was not kept up all night from the noise or music. I felt safe at the hotel and while walking back to my hotel at night. I would definitely stay here again if I traveled back to New Orleans and would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to New Orleans and wanting to stay in the French Quarter. [Less]
