The staff was pleasant enough and Tried to be helpful. The room was very problematic. The suite on the 8th floor has terrible views and because it is a two room suite with only a wall AC unit in the bedroom it made it impossible to control the temperature of the whole unit. Getting into the Hotel is a nightmare if you are not aware of the city and the traffic designs (Which changes at night). I had to circle around 3 times before I had to break the law and get in the right direction so I can pull into hotel. Once in, you can pay a lot to park in the garage or pay even more to valet.
