Recommend for those who travels to Hongqiao Airport/Station

Its my first time there and it's better than other Holiday Inn Hotels around the area and it should be my first one to stay when I am going to travel through Hongqiao transportation hubs. The room[More] service was just great too![Less]

One of my favourites
This Holiday Inn JinXiu is one of my favourite hotels in Shanghai. It is the one hotel I look forward to and you will always get a warm welcome. It is hard to describe but over all those years they[More] have managed to employ people that treat you well. No request is ever too much work for them. I come here a lot on business and don't have a lot of special requests. But when I brought my wife and 8 months old daughter up from Hong Kong we were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite so that my daughter had a separate room. I am sure that they had a lot of availability over the weekend but this is completely beside the point. Little things that make big differences to people like us when we travel. It just makes you realize that you want to stay loyal with the IHG scheme. I travel 50% of my life and this is my hotel group of choice in most countries.[Less]
Home from home
Cosy hotel with attentive staf and a personal touch missing from other hotels in the area - luxury without opulence. Great breakfast![Less]
Good indoor Air (PM2.5)
