With one located within the city centre and another within a 10 minute walk of the city centre, our Derby hotels offer value for money and a great place to relax whatever your reasons for coming to the city. Located in the East Midlands, Derby is well served by trains to most mainline stations in England thanks to its central location. It is also located just off the M1 for easy access by road from the North and the South of England. The Peak District National Park is located around 30 minutes from the city by car. Derby's All Saints Cathedral is one of the city's main landmarks and is certainly worth a visit, not only for the stunning architecture but also, if you're really lucky, to see some of the resident peregrine falcons flying around during the breeding season. The Grade I listed St Helen's house, which dominates the city's King Street, and the Victorian Market Hall on Market Street are certainly worth a visit too. Derby Museum and Art Gallery is the place to be for fans of Derby's own Joseph Wright with a whole host of his works. The stunning Pickford House shows off the Georgian era with its fine furniture and decor. Shoppers will find traditional shops and boutiques in the cathedral quarter of the city with a great range of stores. This combined with Derby's superb Westfield shopping centre - with more than 190 stores set in a stunning building - really sets the city out as probably the East Midland's prime shopping location. Whether you're coming here to watch Derby County at Pride Park, to shop in the popular shopping areas or for an important business meeting, be sure to get the most from your stay with a night or two at one of our Derby hotels.
