Hotel is clean and has good facilities and I've stopped there a number of times when in Basingstoke as its in an excellent location close to the town. The staff are friendly and efficient, an issue I [More] had with my safe was fixed in minutes. My only one issue is that the bathrooms on the ground floor are freezing cold and have no heating apart from a towel radiator. [Less]
