My two sons and I really enjoyed our comfortable, clean two night stay. The front desk employees were wonderful and cheerful and very helpful.
The breakfast wasn't the greatest. Only because the pancake machine wasn't working. My kids were hoping for a homemade waffle maker. It was ok though.
We thought it would be cool to have an outdoor area for making s'mores, too...
Great stay! :)

Receptionist was very knowledgeable of the area; very friendly as were the staff throughout the hotel. Dining room was very clean and could see attendant staying on top of the visitors coming thru the dining room. Overall a very great experience. Felt like a higher end hotel.

Just stayed for one night, but everything was accommodating. The hotel was near a mall, so there was plenty of restaurants nearby to suit anyone's taste. The bed was very comfortable, and relaxing. The TV was slow reacting, and no guide. Did not get a chance to use any other amenities.

Great value for the money. Hotel was very clean and sanitary, rooms were nice and didn't have that weird odor some hotel rooms have; bed was comfortable, pillows just right; water pressure great, and I like how they provide smaller slivers of soap, so there is not much waste.
And the continental breakfast was good. Huge selection and food was hot, fresh and plentiful, and the staff was checking on it often.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by goldenwolf super friendly staff but hotel is just okay
Nice that there's a breakfast included--it's ok, nothing spectacular. Fitness facility at next door/sister Kensington Court hotel is good. Room could have been better, for the money. We had a junior suite with a sofa bed which when opened really doesn't fit. My poor teen had to sleep sort of sideways--he's not a complainer but he really didn't sleep well, between that and the thin lumpy sofa bed mattress. Room was not well-cleaned each day either. Also: when nearby guests let their doors close as they enter/exit, the doors SLAM shut and sound like a bomb going off--woke me up repeatedly my first night, but thereafter used a fan to cut that noise.
Can't say enough though about how friendly and helpful the front desk staff was! Really made the stay pleasant, and the problems seem relatively minor.

I travel to this area often, but I have not previously stayed at this property. When I checked in, the front desk attendant was on the phone and indicated he would be with me shortly. That was fine until another call came through, and he handled their request before helping me, even though I was "next."
My room, a "suite," was very dimly lit. The main room felt cave-like as a result. As a result, I worked in the bedroom on average-to-slow Internet. One of my key criteria for a hotel is a well-functioning HVAC system, with a fan which can be set to run continuously. I need the white noise in the background to sleep comfortably, especially when the hotel is adjacent to I-94. Although the control setting showed a Low and High fan setting, neither worked. As a result, I slept terribly.
I did alert the front desk to this disappointment upon check out, and the only response I received was "O.K. I will let maintenance know." I will not stay at this property again.
