Staff was extremely helpful in answering questions, very welcoming. Room was adequate. Bathroom okay but sink was too small. Disappointed that there was no mouthwash available.
Perfect location in terms of getting the shuttle to the Michigan Stadium for granddaughter's commencement.
Surprisingly good breakfast for a Holiday Inn Express.

I wanted to bring your attention, the kind and courteous service I received from Barbara in your Breakfest area. I was in a rush out the door, I quickly looked at the breakfest bar for fruit and could not find any, and started to leave. I was greet with a friendly smile from Barbara who ask if I was looking for anything in particular? I told her fruit, and she told me she would go back in the kitchen to get me some. She came out with fruit. She made the extra effort to provide me with excellent customer service. Thank you, Barbara. I appreciate your effort and professionalism. I will stay here agin because of her exceptional service!.

Generally very nice staff. It was great that we were upgraded to a suite since there was availability anyway.
Nice, clean rooms. The only problem was that the only mirror in the entire suite was in the bathroom. With 3 people getting ready, a lot of extra time is needed. Please add at least a full length mirror in the bedroom

from running late for our check-in to calming "rampant" pre-teen girls in the hallway the staff at Holiday Express, Ann Arbor/Briarwood Circle were the most courteous, responsive and patient in dealing with our difficulties and went over and above to accomodate us! If you need a great place to stay while in Ann Arbor this is the place!

Overall this is not one of the better Holiday Inn Express hotels I frequent. There is no workout room--a big issue. There are no cookies or treats offered upon check in like every other Holiday Inn Express I have been to. The elevator is very slow, which is an annoyance. I think this property needs to be updated.

Having stayed at this HIE previoulsy we knew we would have a great stay. In town for a daughter's wedding with many family members staying at this HIE so we could be together.
The staff was very accomodating and service friendly assisting us to make our stay special.
