the staff at this property really takes their customer satisfaction seriously. Everyone, from front-desk staff to breakfast servers and maintenance staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. the [More] rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable, with HIGH ceilings and big picture windows. the beds are firm with lots of pillows. internet and tv service are good AND there are lots of outlets for chargers and computers. our favorite place to stay when in Charlotte -- after several disastrous stays at other properties!
