If you are looking for Stratford Upon Avon hotels in a central location, look no further. We have a hotel right in the heart of this historic market town centre.
Given its place in history as the birthplace of William Shakespeare, it is no surprise whatsoever that Stratford Upon Avon is such a popular tourist location. You can visit Shakespeare's birthplace and wander around houses related to him and his family. The market town remains something of a celebration to the playwright, responsible for its thriving tourism. Unsurprisingly, this is the place to come to catch a performance of one of Shakespeare's many plays. The Royal Shakespeare Theatre is located in the town. There are 4 other venues in the town offering a variety of entertainment as well.
Staying with the Shakespeare theme, fans of the playwright may also be interested in visiting the house of his sweetheart. Anne Hathway's cottage and gardens are open to the public.
There's more to this market town than William Shakespeare though. There are 4 museums that are not in any way related to him, including the unique ‘Mad Museum' that will be a hit with the children.
For sports fans, Stratford Upon Avon has its own racecourse and a couple of golf courses thrown in for good measure.
The town isn't too far from the M40 for drivers. Alternatively, it's well serviced by the train network too, with direct services to a number of towns and cities including London, Birmingham, Warwick and High Wycombe.
So pack your bags for a stay in our Stratford Upon Avon hotel and spend a night or two right in the heart of the home of the world's most celebrated playwright.
Stayed whilst in the area for a friends 50th. Selected because of its proximity to New Street train station (5-10min walk). Great location for all city centre attractions , nice modern hotel with[More] good guest facilities. Would definitely use again.[Less]
Being a lone female traveller I did not want to wander the streets at night. I was disappointed with how little choice of food was available to me leaving me no option but to go out for an evening[More] meal. That was the only down side to my stay.[Less]
Lovely hotel with everything you need
The hotel was lovely it was clean, modern and has Birmingham on the doorstep. Had everything you would need provided for you and easy to get more. Only problem is there is no parking and the car[More] parks near by where kind of expensive.[Less]
Nothing Lacking very enjoyable stay with excellent staff and great customer service.[Less]

Warm and friendly staff excellent facilities and probably the best sleep I've had whilst on business. Would recommend this hotel and will be staying again and again.[Less]
I am satisfied with the overall experience. However, I was a few minutes late for breakfast and thought that the staff could be more accommodating rather than telling my wife and I basically to help[More] ourselves with what's left.[Less]
Excellent base for business or touring.
Exactly what one would expect of a Holiday Inn Express. Good service, clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast is adequate but would be better with some eggs to go with the bacon, sausage and beans.[Less]
Great stay and Central for Warwick and Stratford
This is about our eighth visit same hotel. I book early to get a good price . Rooms comfortable and clean.
Breakfast can be busy and run out of items but staff on hand to replenish.
The reception[More] staff also do the bar so sometimes can be slow to get a drink but all this not a problem relax enjoy your break!
Walking distant to Warwick and only a car ride to Stratford, leamington, kenilworth.[Less]
