3 night easter stay
Stayed at Holiday Inn Express MEN Arena over 3 nights during the Easter holiday period. I found the hotel to be adequate for my needs but not to same standard as either the nearby Crown Plaza or[More] Holiday Inn. This hotel does not have the facility for evening meals and does not offer the same quality breakfast as the aforementioned alternatives. My room[Less]
We booked very last minute and received a bargain from when we approached the reception desk all the staff were brilliant and very efficient even down to the lady and gent cleaning up after everyone[More] the next morning after breakfast which was really tasty and plenty of it with numerous choices. The rooms were more than adequate with an absolutely brilliant shower and nice soft towels all in all 100% for every aspect Well done would stay again no question[Less]

Good hotel for a short stay
Always enjoy the stay in pleasant hotel close to the Ribble valley and the lakes[Less]
Shame about the lack of heat in the room. Next time we stay in the winter/autumn/colder months I will telephone and request a heating unit is in the room when we arrive.[Less]
I again stayed in this hotel and it was again satisfactory. The modifications and upgrade have a few snags like the toilet roll is mounted below the sink so when you use it it soaks the tissue. Small[More] things. And get the second lift fixed please. I would get a Starbucks to take away. Staff could push this more.[Less]
