Value for money place for a transit night

A good IHG property for a transit night where being one of the hotel property nearest to Pudong Airport. Facility is maintained pretty well but reception counter has not enough staffs and guest need [More] to wait quite a while even thought there wasnt many guest doing check in. [Less]

Hotel was basically fine but the touches expected of a business traveler were missing. There was no acknowledgement of my IHG status and when asked the additional benefits available were minimal [Less]
Convenient to airport
Pros: Abt 5 Kilometer to airport, easy to pickup a taxi. Room is clean and ample speces. Cons: The frontdesk forgot my appointment of taxi service. Breakfast variety is still to be approved. [Less]
Good for a comfortable 1 night stopover near Hongqiao airport.

A shuttle service from/to Hongqiao airport or railway station would be nice. Subway is too far away to walk with luggage and taxi was rather expensive (40 RMB one way). More western options for [More] breakfast please. [Less]
