Great hotel / great location

We came for two weeks to visit our son who is working in Shanghai and to visit the Formula One Grand Prix. The hotel is well placed at a five minute walk from the nearest metro station - and onward [More] easy connections around the City. The staff ( especially Isaac) were extremely helpful at all times and made us feel very welcome. The Club Lounge was very good and was a real bonus to our visit [Less]

Nice Pudong location
By PeterR
Clean room - great staff. The location is a little isolated from good restaurants etc. so you need to rely on cabs - about a 50CNY to 200CNY (if it's raining) cab ride to/from The Bund or Xintiandi. [More] The subway is 2 blocks away which can be convenient but the trains stop running around 22:30 which is problematic. The restaurant in the lobby is OK as is the restaurant in the hotel next door. I usually purchase the club which is nice but gets tired after a few days - they don't really change up the food much; free drinks etc which is nice. There is a Family mart 1 block away which is good for purchasing water, snacks etc. I will return. Thanks [Less]
