Very nice Holiday Inn
By RockyMightyDog
The. Hotel is very nice and the staff was quite friendly. It is a very nice property compared to other Holiday Inn in US, Mexico, and Germany. The location is very strategic with 3 metro stations [More] nearby - Line 2, 4, and 6. Therefore it is very easy to get around the city from this location. The Japanese unagi restaurant in the ground floor was very good. The bar Flanagan's wasn't good due to poor quality of food. The breakfast restaurant was excellent with so much selection to choose from. All in all it is the best Holiday Inn I've ever been around the world. [Less]

Great Staff

Excellent location clse to Hongqiao Airport
By IMS Keith
Hotel was booked based on the proximity of Hongqiao Airport where I needed to be the following day. Booked on the basis of a local recommendation, and was a good choice. Only downside, it is [More] quite expensive and the Hotel increases the room rate when exhibitions are taking place, which in my view, seems a little unfair. Due to its location, there is little in the way of alternative restaurants etc in the local area which appears to be a new development. [Less]

Overall environment was nicely cleaned. Well organized.

Made me feel I am getting served in a decent place. But it would have made everything better if below three could have been improved. - vending machine : so I can get drinks and beer easily in [More] the hotel. - breakfast: felt few choices in dish preparation - staffs : allows other Chinese disregarding the QUEUE ! Avoiding English speakers. Thank you. [Less]
