THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, FROM FRONT DESK (ESPECIALLY TONYA AND GENTRY) TO HOUSEKEEPERS AND SHUTTLE DRIVER, ROJELIO. I KNOW HOTELS, HAVING MANAGED THEM OVER THE YEARS, AND THIS HOTEL WAS IMPRESSIVE. THE ONLY SMALL PROBLEM WAS GETTING OUR DRINKS AFTER THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT. HOWEVER THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD AND NOT TOO EXPENSIVE AT ALL WITH LARGE PORTIONS. June 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Costly Experience The huge price of the room fell truly short in providing a wonderful experience. Let me start with the rain leaks from the roof. There was strong humidity in our air conditioned room. The elevator was not working for two days. The one elevator we took was extremely hot. I understand the hotel is under construction for remodeling, but to charge me a high price for sub level quality service is a shame. June 24, 2015
