Featured Reading Hotels

With the city center and train station within walking distance, as well as close access to London Heathrow Airport and the Thames Valley business parks, our Reading hotels are sure to meet your needs, no matter what your reason for heading our way.
Nestled in England’s scenic Thames Valley at the juncture of two rivers, Reading is a lively town with close proximity to Oxford and London. A flourishing hamlet from medieval times on, the town saw increased growth after the advent of the Great Western Railway and the founding of the prestigious University of Reading in 1892.
Reading’s town center is dominated by the picturesque ruins of Reading Abbey, a monastery founded by Henry I that thrived throughout the medieval era. Existing side-by-side with its charming town hall and city center is a more modern reputation for arts festivals. Music fans flock to the Reading Music Festival every year, and the town also plays host to a very popular – and hoppy – beer festival.
The shopping in Reading is nothing to sniff at, either, so come prepared to experience one of the U.K.’s top retail destinations. With quirky little shops to suit all tastes and large, attractive shopping centers such as The Oracle and Broad Street Mall at your disposal, the perfect souvenir is just around the corner.
Blow off some steam at a Reading Football Club match – the local soccer team is sure to bring out enthusiastic crowds.
As a major hub for the British train system, Reading Station has connections
to many other British cities, including London’s Paddington and Waterloo stations.
Find your way to one of our Reading hotels, and you’ll see why we have a reputation for fantastic service and top-notch convenience. Our wide range of budget-friendly options means that you can enjoy all the amenities you expect, at a price you can afford.

GOOD SERVICE AND HANDY FOR AIRPORT
By HOLSTEN
STAYED IN MANY EXPRESS HOTELS AND ALL HAVE BEEN PROBLEM FREE. THIS ONE HAS SHUTTLE EVERY HALF HOUR TO AIRPORT AS ITS CALLED HOLIDAY INN T5 BUT A 15MIN DRIVE TO AIRPORT. HEARD SOME GUESTS COMMENT [More] ABOUT LACK OF CHOICE ON MENU AT DINNER BUT I PERSONALLY PREFER THAT AS TOO MUCH CAN CAUSE A DECLINE IN QUALITY. [Less]
HIE Heathrow T5

Very friendly staff, who are always on hand to help. Rooms are clean and well kept, some have a fridge which is a bonus. Plenty of car parking, and only a short drive from Heathrow airport. All in [More] all, a clean modern hotel that I would be happy to recommend. [Less]

Comfortable bed but Food quality and service needs improving.
By Jim 81
Room was clean and bed was comfy but there was no fridge to keep cold drinks especially in summer, also shower had no pressure. Most disappointing is the food menu small portions and expensive, not [More] mentioning the wait.. I stay there frequently on business and it's a shame that you don't get the service. On the plus side gym and swimming pool is a good thing.. [Less]
