First time here

I had been to San Antonio several times but never stayed at this hotel. I usually stay at the La Quinta. I must say that this hotel is much nicer. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Stone [More] Oak area of San Antonio to check out this hotel. You'll be glad you did. [Less]

The room was nice, the staff was okay. The price was a little high for the area. The hot water wasn't there, it only got warmish. There was a lot of noise from an outside bar, at all hours of the [More] night. The bed was comfortable and clean. [Less]

Loved 3rd floor area to hang out in. It has been updated from last time stayed there. Nice and quiet. Close to two restaurants within walking distance. Jims [Less]

Great Room

We stayed here after going to Six Flags. It was a welcome change from the hotel we stayed at the night before in Houston. We were really glad to see a comfortable bed after having a long day in the [More] sun playing. Check-in was smooth. One thing I wished is that they had recognized me for being an IHG rewards member. The next morning, breakfast was really nice and kept up. They were not strict about taking breakfast down right at the time it was supposed to close. In fact, they kept restocking because there were several people there that were getting breakfast. I appreciated that because we have felt rushed at other hotels in the past. Check-out was smooth as well. Everyone was really friendly. The hotel was clean and felt safe. We didn't use the pool but it looked like our boys would have enjoyed it as well with the colorful lights at night. Thanks for a good stay. [Less]

okay hotel, staff was courteous. The rooms were not too well soundproofed. Could hear the neighbors at 4am in the morning, but hotel staff was good - they moved us to another really quiet room. [Less]

I HAVE NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY EXCEPT, THE BREAKFAST LEAVES ALOT TO BE DESIRED. STAFF DID NOT REFILL EMPTY PANS VERY OFTEN. [Less]
