Good experience overall. Got a room upgrade at check-in being a Platinum Ambassador. The room was nice and decently sized, and all the in-room equipments were working as expected.
The only problem
I encountered during my stay was during buffet breakfast in the ground floor restaurant. I was having a buffet breakfast alone in the Ecco restaurant, just as I finished my first dish, I went out to get another plate of food and when I returned, I saw a member of staff clearing up my table, taking away all my cutlery and my half-finished drink as she thought I left. She even brought another group of people there and offered them my table. I then told her I was in fact out in the counter getting more food, she then left without apologising, in fact, she left without saying a single word. That was not the kind of service I was expecting in a 5-star hotel. [Less]
