Having stayed here several times, our expectations were not higher than we received this time. I can’t fault the staff they were very friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness let it down this time[More] round . Could also benefit from air conditioning but overall a comfortable stay.[Less]

Was staying at the hotel as me and my wife were flying from Birmingham airport so we could drive up the day before and have a good rest then fly the next day as it was we didn't sleep a wink as the[More] beds were so uncomfortable maybe should have drove the 3hours straight to the airport instead[Less]
Comfortable bed and great service.
Although the key cards failed to work on my final evening, the staff were very attentive and dealt with the situation extremely well.[Less]
All good, clean room, good service, will be back again![Less]

Lots of refurbish work on going, but still the hotel look too grubby. I feel it need a bit of updating. Staff were friendly and helpful.[Less]
Basic but fit for purpose
Basic, as expected for HI Express, but fit for purpose. Air conditioner in the room a bit noisy, otherwise a nice clean room. Convenient location next to a motorway junction.[Less]
Great room to relax in
Stayed after a full day course and an early start. Shower was great and after returning from food. Was able to relax watching TV and playing an MMO on my laptop..
I had spotted in the booking info[More] the car park was extra - cheaper paying in hotel that it would have otherwise been but I'd rather it was in the room rate. Breakfast was busy at 9am but i just managed to find a table before it got full.[Less]
