I love pulling off the freeway and being there in 30 seconds. I never make a reservation and you always seem able to accommodate me. I like that. I especially like the fact that the security guards are always friendly.

The Desk clerk (BEN) was extremely hospitable. He acknowledged me as a ICH rewards remember, upgraded my room upon request and explained the facilities in detail. I felt very comfortable.

Worst experience in 30 years

Horrible experience
Stayed over a week and spent over $1,000, worst experience I've ever had in hotel
Tried to checkin at 5 pm, no rooms ready,ridiculous
Maid service was horrible, 2 days no service at all, another day maid did not arrive until 6 pm, i expected service by 2 pm
Tv did not work and took staff a long time to resolve
Worst situation was the attitude of hotel personnel who only wanted to make excuses on why standard service was not performed, extremely non customer friendly
