I've been staying in this Hotel for more than a year and was always very well served. Consider it as an extension of my house, considering many of its staff as friends.
The service provided by
the hotel was always good, and was very difficult for me to complain about something, in fact, very rare ocasions I had something to complain. Unfortunately last week for three ocasions I needed to complain about the housekeeping.
For the first time, my Still bottle of water has not been replaced. Got another after advising about the disruption in the reception desk (which I love the people working there, no exceptions). Second night, for some reason there were no waters, nor snacks or chocolate provided in the room. Also there were some garbage which has not been collected. Again, advised in the Reception Desk and someone went to the room to replace the missing compliments. However for some reason the Still bottle of water has not been provided. Again, went to the Reception Desk and made a complain. Got the bottle.
This has never been happened before. I understand disruptions can happen but they happened to often in a week, this time.
Again, appreciate your services and just willing to improve your training and also my experience with you.
