Must stay here when in Bangalore

Great hotel for service, ambiance, restaurants and comfort. Staff is consistently very professional, responsive and friendly. Everyone has a smile on their face and makes me feel welcome. Very comfortable and well thought out rooms. Great breakfasts and broad menu for lunch and dinner. Very good value. They set a high standard not just for the area but globally. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Bengaluru. It felt so comfortable that I almost didn't want to go back home. The readiness and willingness of the staff to be of service/help in everything I needed spoiled me and a colleague as well. I look forward to go back to Bangalore and stay again in this hotel.

An un-comfortable stay

We checked in to Crown Plaza, only because i became ill during our drive to Hogenakkal from Coorg.

The check-in process itself took atleast 45 minutes, and there was not at all a single guest in the lobby other than us. Sheer in-efficiency on the first impression itself.

I was terribly let down by the quality of room we were allotted, when we entered into the room. A small cranky room. A/c was not working properly and there was no fan too!!! Most of the centrally air-conditioned hotels provides fans, since some people needs a cool breeze for a good sleep.

Furniture in the room was shattered. Bathroom shower was not working. Muddy water was coming from taps when opened.

We had to wait for 30 minutes and make 4 reminders to get the extra bed for my child.

It was a very bad experience from such a renowned and giant hotel group.

At check-out we had to demand for the bill.
