酒店设施齐全,只是设施老旧,但比较整洁,早餐不错。服务很好。会员识别到位,事务繁忙,没能体验下泳池,下次入住体验。

1.入住登记时,其中一间房为VISA高端升级,在IHG官方网站预订,前台竟然完全不了解,甚至在出示APP上显示的官网条款后,仍旧表示无法理解,对于皇冠假日而言,这种级别的培训很不到位,包括前台主管在内均无人知晓,最后是询问销售后才予以确认。
2.入住前就电话告知预订部有两间房需要加床,预订部也确认了,到达后未见加床,考虑到国庆期间酒店情况,这点可以理解,且前台也做了及时处理,这点值得肯定。但在退房时,却将无需支付的加床费的周末六折非凡礼遇,每间230元计入账单,显得非常的不专业。
3.行政酒廊无法提供行政待遇清单,这点无法理解,前台只给了一张小卡片,因为有4间行政房的缘故,多索取一份竟然告知发完,也为主动有复印行为,多少有点不考虑客户的感受。
4.常熟中江皇冠假日作为膳悦会的参与酒店,对膳悦会会员卡显得非常陌生,未能及时使用卡片权益,但是最后餐厅主管的处理和补救值得赞扬,希望加强关于这一部分的培训。
5.欢迎水果只送了2间房,另外两间经告知后仍未送至,不知是否和国庆期间客源数量大有关,但仍希望服务能够做到位,在忙时才能真正体现服务水平。

9/21入住常熟皇冠,一进门就比较失望,感觉就是招待所的装修。写字桌的广告卡牌上面积满的灰尘。床头灯的微调开关有一个居然失灵,影响睡眠。
