terrible, other than the valet parking attendants. They did an excellent job getting the car on time

I left my computer and house keeping immediately turned it into the head of housekeeping who contacted me and held it until we could arrange to have it shipped to my home. Fantastic service!

I was greeted by a very friendly and kind front desk representative. When I went downstairs later to purchase something from the little amenities area, I was greeted and helped by a different, very friendly front desk staff member. They both made me feel welcome and comfortable.
