-restaurant service was terrible, menus were impossible to read (looked like it was printed on an old ink jet printer)

Dirty sheets and rude customer service

I rated this motel yesterday and it was taken down. I stayed this past weekend and arrived to very small rooms. Hair was all over the inside sheets on the beds. Asked for new linens and they also had hair on them. Asked for extra blankets on Friday night twice and they never arrived. This motel was not equipped to deal with large groups. They shut the coffee shop down do to to many people. Also ran out of bagels and muffins. Refused to grant extended parking when it is advertised on the internet site. Valets lost my car when I was forced to move it by 12 on sunday. Never will stay here again.

I have taken up your concern with our housekeeping team as well as food and beverage. Our coffee shop Tabacchi is open from 6:30 am until 7 pm. If you arrived afterwards you can get everything but coffee with our front desk agents. I apologize for the confusion with our valet this weekend usually extended parking is available and I'm sorry for the miscommunication. On the decline

Feels like the hotel is on the decline, many small repairs not done. Like the owners know its not worth putting much into things now
