Room itself was good

Staff were not effecient, check-in and checkout required long waiting times, that at checkout i had to just give my key and run or id miss my flight. called three times for a copy of the invoice, everytime i am promised within 5 minutes but been five days since first call and still nothing is received.

Random Quality at each visit

Sometimes it's good here, sometimes not.

Sometimes the staff care, this time, most definitely not.

It must be so much fun working in the bar here - all your mates can come around for a laugh and lark around - how lovely. Other than the bar staff are being paid to work and to assist customers not their mates. Service was the slowest you can imagine as no-one (except one Ausie lad) could care less about customers.

Wrong food order delivered, despite me repeating my order twice to one of the "lark-around-waiters" - maybe *I* should have written it down for him!!

Breakfast was an abomination. The older guy sat me at a table fast enough - but then had to wait 10 minutes and ask twice before anyone took my order (for tea!), and then it took ages to arrive. Ambience was dreadful - loud, clattering and I think the staff were playing a game to see who could drop the most cutlery on the floor and make the most noise - I counted 5 occasions!!
