Guest Bathroom

Unfortunately, the lighting in the bathroom was really
just awful! I could not see to do my make-up, and the only other mirror was the round mirror above the desk.
It would be nice to have better lighting in the bathroom!

Value for time of year

The Hotel was comfortable but was in need if interior design updates. The most notable being new carpet in the guest room. The staff was friendly and attentive and express check out was perfect. I would recommend the Hotel for the off season and if the prices where competitive I might look into the hotel for another stay if in the area I do have Family In Hampton

First impression very beautiful on water at the Marina- I expected nothing less from Crown Plaza(4/5 stars) however rooms looked and made us feel like we were staying at Sxxxr 8(sorry but normally 2/3 stars at best). Picture will follow soon.Stay tuned.

THE BEST EVER !!!

We traveled to Hampton, Va on Nov. 1, 2014 for Hampton University's Homecoming. We arrived at 02:00 am and received the last room available. The room was very clean and what made it even better was the colors coordinated with eachother in the room. That made it even more cozier.

The front desk manager Stevie and his staff were OUTSTANDING with their customer service. OUTSTANDING is really an understatement.

I can not give enough KUDOS to this hotel, its management and staff. I also wanted to recognize Dalia the housekeeper and the maintenance guy who came to trouble shoot our heat in less than 10 minutes after we called the front desk about the problem. It was rectified immediately.

This will my place to stay when I visit the area next year for HU's homecoming.

Job well done !!!!
