Worst experiences ever with IHG Hotel

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. Nor will I ever stay at this hotel again!!! The room temperture was extremely hot!!! After complaining several times, instead of moving me to a different room, the sent me a fan. Wow! The wireless internet in the room NEVER worked my entire stay. The toliet did not flush, and the staff never came in my room to clean, nor did they bring me clean towels. The parking fee is ridiculous, and the restaurant is extremely expensive.

We recently conducted a survey of the surrounding garages and we found our charges to be much less than those other garages. wasn,t cheap the room had wallpaper coming off wall no toilet paper when checking in they had one poor guy being valet and bell man he actually did a good job deserves a raise when we went to check ouy called for bell man and valet after 25 minutes my boyfriend had to go downstairs and actually get someone physically yes there was a game but,when we got downstairs there was another person standing against wall which made me wonder why i waited for 25 to 30 min

Poor Internet

I was in St. Louis for a conference and had a great amount of work to do. Unfortunately, the internet service was terrible, meaning that I wasn't able to do it from what would have otherwise been a fantastic hotel room.
