Great location and staff was wonderful.

This hotel had a great location and the staff was really wonderful . It was a little dated, but very clean and nice.
We got a great price for that location and hotel. We did not use any of the hotel services but the room but it was a good stay.
My daughter is allergic to the feather pillows provided and I called down and asked for others and they brought us some within 5 minutes. I have never seen service that fast!

Dated facility in need of upgrading

We used this facility for a group meeting of about 20 people. The guest rooms were miserably hot necessitating sleeing with the windows open in downtown St. Louis with street noise all night long. The facility is very dated and needs to be upgraded or demolished and something more modern constructed in its place. I travel a lot and this was the worst IHG property I can recall staying at.

Good stay until the end!

Everything went well until our last night! We got back to our room late and when taking a shower, it would not work! The knob you pull to start the shower, came out! Since it was late we decided to wait until the morning to report the problem. When telling the front desk upon checking out, they could have cared less! We will not be staying there again to celebrate our anniversary!
