Featured Moscow Hotels

Russia’s capital city is experiencing unprecedented growth and development, making now an ideal time to plan your visit to this massive and hip city. Many of Moscow’s huge industrial warehouses and factories from the Soviet-era have been artfully repurposed to house galleries, performance spaces, and museums, not to mention chic clubs and nightspots. You’ll be sure to make the most of your time in this hub of art and culture when you book into one of IHG’s several conveniently located Moscow hotels, well-appointed to make your stay as pleasant as it is busy.
While Moscow is certainly looking to the future, no trip would be complete without exploring the city’s storied, and often dramatic, past. By leaps and bounds, Moscow’s most famous tourist destination is Red Square. Begin your tour at the Resurrection Gates, which will provide a sweeping view of the Square and let you catch your bearings. From there, stroll over to Saint Basil’s Cathedral—you can’t miss the iconic onion-shaped domes. After exploring the Cathedral, your next stop is the Kremlin, a 700-room palace that now houses the offices of the President. Many rooms in the Kremlin are open to tourists, but make sure you allow a full two hours to explore the grounds and treasures. Many tourists also like to pay to a visit to the nearby Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, which pays tribute to those lost in World War II.
Moscow after dark is just as glamorous as the winters are cold. Stylish Muscovites clad in black
throng the sidewalks waiting for admission into the trendy bars and nightclubs that line the streets of central Moscow. Beware that waits can be quite long and the real party won’t start until after midnight. If the club scene doesn’t do it for you, take in some of Moscow’s famous cultural attractions: A ballet at the Bolshoi, or a classical music concert.
IHG hotels in Moscow can help guests arrange tickets to a variety of shows and events. Located close to transportation and cultural attractions, IHG hotels offer visitors amenities like workout facilities, fine dining options, and rooms decorated with thought and care. Book your stay today and prepare for the trip of a lifetime!

Cool service culture set by great leaders!
By kz1aaa
As a person with manager experience I can rate as Great Job what leaders are doing in this hotel! Special thanks to Elena from reservations team! you got my commitment for future stays at Holiday Inn [More] Sokolniki and recommendations to my colleagues! [Less]
good venue for conferences
By smarty_79
I stayed in the hotel attending an event that was held in the premises. Liked the conference rooms and the space. My guest room was a studio, quite spacious and overall comfortable. The TV was placed [More] in a very weird way so that you could see it only either from the bed or from the working desk, but by no means from the couch. Food and drinks are ok, but rather costly. Conveniently located in front of the metro station, but not in the city center of course. [Less]
Great hotel in Moscow
By goalgunner
Excellent hotel - very comfortable room, courteous and friendly staff and great amenities. Food was good, especially the well-stocked breakfast. Good location for visiting Sokolniki Park (which is [More] great) or 15mins metro to Red Square. [Less]

Compared to other hotels in Russia, this staff is excellent.
By George707
For 12 years I have traveled to Moscow for business and stayed at 4 different hotels. During the past 8 years I have returned to this hotel for it fully meets my needs. The staff is courteous, [More] friendly, helpful; rooms are clean; Metro is less than 10 to 12 minute walk, many restaurants within 10 minute walk, stationary/office supply store a 8 minute walk; grocery store within a 6 minute walk; overall very convenient. If a tourist, you may want a hotel closer to Red Square but a Metro ride is only 8 to 10 minutes from most any tourist attraction in the city. Moscow traffic is terrible from 7:30am to 9:00am and from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Avoid using a taxi during these times if possible for you may find yourself sitting in traffic for 1 hour. [Less]
Club rooms very comfortable
By John1309
Club rooms very comfortable; but Club lounge arrangements rather strange - located in the restaurant, and doesn't serve alcohol, unlike all others I've stayed in. Staff very nice and polite, not [More] always a feature of Moscow. [Less]

Very pleasant for business
By TTTT Traveller
I have been staying in this hotel for the last 4 years now and I keep coming back. The rooms are comfortable (both in the Standard Building as well as in the Club Tower Building) and the staff very [More] helpfull in every way. This time I was assigned a room on the newly renovated 12th floor, and it was really excellent, very spacious and comfortable. Thank you! The gym is medium sized and equipped with 4 or 5 machines of good quality. Wifi is working well. There are a lot of facitlities in and around the hotel (all in the same Building), like a business office in case you need to make scans or color prints (normal printing can be done at the front desk), 6 different restaurants/bars, a small supermarket and some shops. Can be reached easily by taxi or metro (10 min. walk). I would definitely reccommend this hotel. [Less]
