This hotel is very old and does not meet Holiday Inn expectations.
I booked a "Breakfast for 2 Included" rate an all i got was a 20 dollar rebate on the restaurant which is not enough to cover for the buffet and drinks.

Had to provide priority club card, credit card, drivers license and still I was not recognized as a customer? Maybe , it was, cause I was paying with priority points (or cause after a long day, I needed a bath?)

front desk managers and staff dressed professionally and very courteous and friendly, maids and hospitality crew pleasant and helpful. rooms were neat and clean. good coffee and brite white and crisp sheets. i would recommend to family, friends and professional associates.
