Hmmm - Not really a Crowne Plaza experience.

Front Desk staff were super friendly and helpful on check in - but unfortunately there are issues with this hotel.

Whilst reception and bar areas are high quality, the decor of the bedroom had issues (water stained ceiling), there was noise from renovation work early in the morning, and on two days out of our seven day say the room was not serviced. Although the bed was made on one occasion when I reported the problem to the Front Desk, the problem occurred the very next day when we returned to the room very late at night to find beds unmade and bathroom not cleaned. The Housekeeping crew are clearly very stretched and there is no evidence of management checking on their work (I mean they had the same problem the very next day after I complained - and no one bothered to check!).

After a forthright discussion on check-out they waived a nights room charge - which is a fair result - but overall this was not really a Crowne Plaza Experience in my view. How well run is a hotel when they can't even get the beds made every day?

I would like to take the time to apologize for the experience that you had while staying at our hotel. We always try to honor our guest's wishes whenever they have a do not disturb sign on their rooms, and whenever housekeeping came by your room in the morning, & again in the early afternoon, there was a DND for the room. If there was a specific time that a guest requests a room to be serviced, we are more than happy to take care of it during a specific time in order for all of our guests to have an excellent experience. Great Hotel

Great hotel that is reasonably priced with good rooms. Bathroom was a bit small with an inefficient shower head.

Thin walls resulted in an early morning but it is nothing the hotel can control.

Overall a great experience!

This Crowne Plaza has all the finess and finishing touches you would expect. Being a new build it lacks a little bit as far as the surroundings but given time and a helping hand from mother nature I am sure this will soon be resolved.

Uncomfortable bed

The bed in the room was broken. There was a broken spring. Not a usual thing for the Crowne Plaze hotels. My experience is usually outstanding.
