Business Stay

I had an overall good experience. Only complaint was my cold room but the staff were nice and attentive. The hotel is really nice and the food is really good. I was surprised by how good the dinner was. Would recommend!

Crowne Stay

This hotel was very clean from the lobby, hallways and the room I stayed in. The staff were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The desk attendant could not have been any nicer. She really made the stay enjoyable. The business center was very nice and had all of the needs anyone could want. The restaurant was great and had a good selection of food to choose from. Defiantly will stay here again.

This hotel is newly remodeled

I had dinner at the restaurant it was ok ,the food was cold and the service was poor. I sat at the bar and went unnoticed for over ten minutes.
I had breakfast also. This place must think they are in lower Manhattan. A cheese omelet, rye toast, class of orange juice and a cup of black coffee... twenty four dollars and eighty five cents plus tip
The hotel is newly remodeled it should be great. I will give it another chance, but will travel to eat.

Poorly organized. Maybe because it is new

Two stays here and the key card only worked the first day both times- training issue. No Microwave, Fridge or any amenities if you are there for the week.
First stay - no wake up call
Second stay - got back to the room near 4:00 pm and it still was not cleaned.
Was tipping $5 a night and not even a thank you.
Bar service is slow but everyone is new so I understand
You have to double the volume of the TV to hear it when the heat went on.
At the low introductory price I will stay there again but if it goes above the average price then It does not offer much.
It is not bad but it is not Crowne Plaza. Maybe it will get better.

When I stay at the other Crowne Plaza then I am treated better
I normally do not have the time to fill out all these reviews but I hope this help the new owners.
