I checked in August 12th for 2 nights. Woke up the next morning and there was no hot water in the hotel. Not a great way to start the day. Management never apologized to me for this major inconvenience or offered to discount my bill or even to provide some food and beverage credits. Total disregard for their guests. I am a priority club member and have always received great treatment from other Holiday Inns, but not at St Joseph.

We are always greeted as a IHG rewards member and offered to be upgraded to a hot tub room if wanted .Location for what we do is great. Very friendly staff (especially Joan).

Stayed at this hotel with family to attend the KC Chief's Training Camp. The staff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant personnel was wonderful with my little grandson. Will definitely only stay at this hotel when I visit St. Jo again. This hotel was a pleasant surprise!
