Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel; needs updating, but still a great experience in a great area Great hotel; needs updating, but still a great experience in a great area; I stayed in this hotel in 1998, and it's still as good, though needs to be modernized a bit. 03 September 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by King side bed room not available upon arrival I booked King Size Bed Room through my reservation. However, upon check-in I was told that there wasn't any of suh room left, so that I had to choose to stay in either a Double Bed room or a Smoking King Bed room. This was not right, as when I made the reservation I explicitly selected King Size Bed room over Double Bed room. I asked them to investigate the reason and give me an explanation and solution, but the hotel manager literally told me the same story that there was such room left and no upgrade they were willing to give me either. The font desk staff even asked me how them proves that I did book a king size bed room, which was a very bad experience. 03 September 2014
