Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 636 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by July 25-26 stay For a hotel that's older than most, it's well-maintained and very clean. We just had a hard time regulating the air-conditioning temperature, found it too cold. Swimming pool was clean, staff was accommodating and went the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, and anticipated your needs every step of the way. July 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by celebrated my birthday here very satisfied with the service provided by Intercontinental Manila. Thank you so much! July 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff make all the difference The hotel is a little dated but the rooms are clean and well equipped. The check in was great with personal greeting at the door and private check in at my room. The club was not the best Ive been to in terms of food selection or quality (breakfast) but the staff were friendly and sincere. I didn't go for afternoon tea or evening drinks so no comment on that. The room was comfortable and well equipped with the usual good quality bed and bedding one associates with the Intercontinental chain. My stay was ruined by neighbors who started partying every night around 01:00am but this was not the hotels fault, however by the 3rd night it was just too much. The hotel handled it professionally but my American neighbor was persistent. (good singer though…) The Golds gym is small and not well equipped. Its open to the public so it was very busy and I had to wait for quite some time to use the equipment. Its also very very noisy. Overall a nice hotel in need of a bit of a make over but well managed with sincere and hard working staff. July 29, 2015
