Es una pena ver como este hotel se ha ido deteriorando, solía hospedarme ahí regularmente hace un par de años y ahora que vuelvo a mis viajes regulares a Monterrey (2 veces por mes), decidí hospedarme con Uds. nuevamente pero es una pena ver como el hotel tiene poco mantenimiento. Presión de agua pésimo en las habitaciones, regaderas llenas de sarro, lavamanos tapado, alfombras sucias, y muy poco valor por el dinero pagado. Viajaron otras personas de la compañía para la que laboro en las mismas fechas y 4 de 5 personas se quejaron de lo mismo, todos llamamos a front desk para pedir mantenimiento a la habitación. Buscaré otra alternativa en mis viajes a Mty. Gracias 23 February 2014
    Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great people The staff at the hotel is outstanding friendly and always willing to help. The hotel for business is also in a great location. Unfortunately the hotel chamber rooms have become very outdated and run down even the rooms that have been recently redone. Would I recommend stay yes but don't expect to be blown away 23 February 2014
    Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Old credit card machine I dont know why a 5 start Hotel does not have a new credit card equipment, since I have problems with its old machine all the time, The staff made all possible to get the payment since the new cards has a chip this old machine did not receive and block the cards. I ask since I start having problems at the beggining of the year but I think nobody from the manager hear the staff at the intercontinetal club since nothing happen. I had to put a card I did not use to pay my travels and send a wire transfer to the Hotel. We are in the XXI century with system of the XX century. Bad experience. Thank You 13 February 2014
