Friendly and efficient

From check in to check out not a single problem. Entire stay was comfortable and relaxing. Staff treated me and my handicap mother as friends they haven't seen in a long while. [Less]

Love the pool and grounds
By MariGold
I have stayed at this property when in Indianapolis since it opened. In addition to business/leisure travel, my family has stayed here for funeral gatherings and weddings. The sales manager, Mary, is [More] great, and the loyalty goes both ways; I asked for a discount and have usually been given a discount on my reservation. The quality has been consistently superior in every way and in every area. We especially enjoy the private courtyard with outdoor fire and comfortable seating, and the swimming pool is the best -- a nice size for exercise and real swimming, but shallow enough for kids to play. My only complaint is that, as this location has become more kid-sport friendly, the crowds that come to stay are sometimes noisy and they dominate the pool area, but it is a cheerful noise, and who can forget what it was like to be young? Our fav HI ever!
By Okie7777
We loved this facility! The outdoor patio dining overlooking the pond was fantastic, a very relaxing surprise!! We thoroughly enjoyed the saltwater pool! So very nice to enjoy an indoor swim when [More] it's cold outside. And since it's a saltwater pool, the pool room doesn't smell like chemicals. Our bartender, Tara, made us feel very welcome, and prepared good beverages for us to enjoy on the patio. Our meals were good too, burgers for dinner, then breakfast the next morning (lots of delicious fruit!). The gal at the front desk was NOT friendly, nor was the hostess at breakfast the following morning. Our room was very nice, and very clean! [Less]
Homerun

We were in Indy for a baseball tournament. We chose the hotel because of how close it was to the fields. We had never been to that location before, and there wasn't much around the hotel. We [More] thought we might be bored. However, the pool area was large and clean. We then ate some really good cheeseburgers in the Burger Theory restaurant. The fact that kids 12 and under eat free saved us money. The outside seating area was also very relaxing. We could sit on comfy chairs or take a walk around a nice pond. The staff was also very kind and helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel for our next tourney in Indy! [Less]

great place to stay but poor breakfast
By lori1961
I stayed overnight and I was very happy with the room except for the shower. It is a walk in shower, which is wonderful, but there was no place to put shampoo etc inside the shower except on the [More] floor of the shower. the breakfast left a lot to be desired. I didn't feel that the choices were for everyday people. the egg choice was a Denver omelet not a regular omelet for example. Even with these few negatives, the positives far outweighed them. The staff is really nice and the hotel itself is beautiful and in a great spot for shopping and dining. [Less]
Nice quiet place in a busy area
