Worst Hotel Expey

Hello,
This was one of the worst hotel experience my Gmail and I ever had with IHG property. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this property even you get it free. Their washrooms are all broken, no hot water, bed sheet and beds are dirty. Very rude customer service.
Rude staff and hotel not fully integrated to IHG

The hotel is recently added to IHG and they are not fully integrated. The restaurant staff are really rude. And the reception staff don’t have a knowledge about how IHG program works. Elite status not recognized. The only kudos to the cleaning room staff.
Old hotel need to upgrade with new furniture

The worst holiday inn hotel in Saudi Arabia - I hope that the new contract between ihg and this hotel to upgrade with new design - new carpet - new furniture- with more staff -
The restaurant was not like other holiday inn restaurants- need to change completely the place and the food

لا شئ يشبه IHG .. لكن يبدو ان الفندق حديثا انتقل للمجموعه .. اتمنى الاهتمام بالنظافه فالمقام الاول خصوصا لدورات المياه فالغرفه.. المبنى قديم جدا .. المرفقات العامه غير مناسبه للاستخدام .. لم اسكن ابدا في فندق بهذا المستوى المتدني من النظافه و التعامل عند التسكين يشعر بخيبه الامل فالاختيار
Kaaba Trip and a Good hotel

Das Hotel liegt zentral in alle Einkaufsstraßen sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Ein Bus der direkt zur kaaba fährt ( nur der Berg zu gehen). Sowie die Taxis perfekt und schnell zu erreichen sind .
Lobby sehr groß mit vielen sitz Möglichkeiten sowie ein paar Läden im Hotel die zum Einkaufen einladen.
Personal war sehr freundlich leider was mein einziger negativer Punkt war wussten nur 2 Personen an der Rezeption Bescheid zu dem Thema IHG . Ansonsten bin ich positiv überrascht worden von dem ganzen Hotel sowie die Herzlichkeit des Personals.
