Everyone was very welcoming. From the front desk to the housekeepers. The hotel looks updated and decorated beautifully. Clean rooms and stocked well.

I came in with my family for a reunion. I’m an Executive Housekeeper from out of town and I must say, the hotel staff are amazing! Front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotless. Clean and fully stocked. My son(3) had an accident while sleeping and the housekeepers were so understanding. They gave me fresh linen and were very kind. 10 out of 10 all around.

The hotel was right off of I-20, with choices of restaurants, markets and others within easy driving distance. Staff was courteous and attentive for our stay. Seemed to be a new property, clean, neat apperance.

The staff were pleasant.The hotel and rooms were very clean. The breakfast was good. Buffet served eggs scrambled or omelette, turkey or pork link and patty sausages,
Biscuits, pancakes, pastries, bagels, fruit’s fruit drinks, and coffee,I had a great exexperience.

The hotel was clean, and the service of the staff was great! We had no issues, and we would stay there again if we were in the area. The hotel is very close to restaurants and shopping.

One nite stay and way overpriced. Asked for room away from elevator but room was right next to elevator and extremely noisy. Hair from previous guest on shower wall, poor bathroom lighting, fan ran continuously and was very noisy. Also teenagers running up and down hall, had to ask them to pipe down.
Would not recommend hotel.

We found the room very comfortable. It was clean and the furniture was in good condition. Bathroom was very clean. The public spaces were in good order and comfortable to use. The only negative was common to many newer hotels and it is the thinness of the walls which allowed noise transfer from noisy guests.
IHG is always dependable to provide a great experience!

The breakfast is extraordinary! Having a pool is always a nice amenity. The ambiance and accommodations are make the stay. The location being close to Interstate makes travel a little less stressful. IHG is my favorite hotel. I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always made me feel welcome. The room is always comfortable. Good job guys!
Horrible bed

The hotel was not bad but the bed was hard and extremely uncomfortable. I thought it was me / but when my husband complained about it I knew it wasn’t just me. We got no sleep because we simple couldn’t find a comfortable position. I ended up sitting in the chair all night and he on the other lounger.

Please have your maintenance people fix the door closer, so the door does not slam every time someone enters or leaves the building. I could not get much sleep because of the slamming door all night long. The hotel staff had a sign on the door to close softy, but people do not read signs.
