Perfect customer service big thanks to mr ayman. Mr ayman provided a great customer service from the first day. He was flexible and listened carefully to our preferences, which made eager to extend my stay for 10 days. (I reserved for 3 days only at first)
During our stay i fell ill (probably due to the hot weather) mr Ayman even called our room to check if i got better or needed any help . Thank you so much for this perfect stay and the great customer service. Will recommend my parents and friends to stay at this hotel whenever they reach sharm el sheikh!

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, always helpful, and greeted me with a warm smile every day. The service exceeded my expectations, and every detail was handled with care. I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay

We had a truly lovely stay at Continental Plaza Resort! The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, creating the perfect setting for a family getaway. The staff were absolutely wonderful – kind, dedicated, and always ready to help with a smile.
The food was a highlight of our stay, with a great variety and quality throughout. A special favourite of the whole family was the delicious stew served during the BBQ dinner – rich, flavourful, and unforgettable!
A big thank you to Mohad, the Assistant Front Office Manager, for his kindness and professionalism. Also, kudos to the lifeguards at the Aqua Park who kept things fun and safe, and to the amazing team of lifeguards and bar staff at the Fresh Pool for their attentive and friendly service.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, good food, and fantastic service in a beautiful setting!

When I looked at the previous reviews of the hotel I was happy to book and stay with Continental Plaza Beach resort. I emailed the resort the day before with some questions,but not reply at all. The room wasn’t clean,when we arrived we arrived. After asking the cleaner if it was. The fridge had a bad smell with previous guest hair in it. The bathroom had burn marks in the bath tub. There was a family of birds living in the roof. Just to cover a few things regarding being cleaned. Breakfast was not up to standard. Previous guest tables hadn’t been cleaned. Chairs were dirty…ect.
The beach itself was not pictured in the pictures on the website. No loungers on the beach…People place towels very early in the morning or the staff help people “book”chairs for the day.BUT,the sea is fantastic.Its what gave me a better feeling about Sharm el Sheik.
The people selling tours on the beach,be warned. They will try sell at a higher price,divide by 2. Then add 10 dollars. Thats the real price. And won’t refund you 24 hours before. I felt like I was a “dollar sign” most of the time to the locals.
If you happy to pay the price of 65-100 Dollars for the night and get that service. Then the place is for you. Don’t except what the previous reviews are. They not!

The hotel staff were amazing and so supportive especially sayed from reception and reem from guest relations and the animation team super fun and friendly and active
The facilities just need little upgrade seems a but old and the food also needs some improvement on the variety and flavours other than that everything was perfect

From the moment we walked into the reception we were greeted by genuine smiles and the best of customer service instantly making us feel at home. To be honest, this may have been the best customer service I have received from and IHG hotel I have stayed at everyone was very hospitable and welcoming. Special shout outs to

And also the housekeeper who cleaned the rooms of 6207 during our stay was also great.
Will certainly be back again soon
However I will admit it was annoying being hassled by the spa workers on the beach and whenever they saw us. And usually the spa services are free and part of the hotel however they weren’t with this one.
