I even over heard one employee calling a guest and very respectfully asked them to please try and keep the noise down as the guests below them had complained about the noise. The staff was very compassionate and understanding when we had to cut our trip short due to a very unfortunate turn of events. We really appreciated their willingness to help make a bad situation a little better. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. They even have a patio with 2 very nice grills for guests to use, which also were kept very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great value and great customer service!!! October 22, 2014

We reserved a queen suite, it was a double bed, the tub was stopped up - we stood in ankle deep soapy water trying to complete a shower. The air conditioning low setting did not work and it was so loud we could not hear the TV. Advised the front desk twice about the problems in the two days we stayed - nothing was taken care of. We had planned to stay 3 days, but left on the the 3rd day to stay somewhere else. I know they don't clean the room daily, and there are no nice amenities, but the things in the room should work!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Stay at Austin This was my 1st stay at a Candlewood and I definitely will stay at one again. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. Plus they allow pets and we travel with our dog always. There were other guests with dogs as well but I never heard any of them. Nice place! October 8, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff ! Great staff who couldn't do enough for us. There was a stale 'smoky' smell outside the room, but as the bedroom wasn't affected we didn't raise the matter. Good, solid accommodation, good location (for us) and great, friendly staff... Well done :) October 3, 2014
