Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by As Expected This is my second time to stay at a CandleWood Suites, and as always, the front desk staff disappoints. I did not have any expectation from this hotel, based on my previous experience. However, when you're told that they will give you the 500 welcome bonus on your account and other IHG hotels have done it without any problems, or wait time. It makes you realize that some hotels are truly, consistently subpar compared from other hotels. November 23, 2014

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient -- prepared for my arrival and quick with checkout. Would like to see a fresh/free breakfast option. No issues with either stay. November 20, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable and roomy We enjoyed our stay and especially liked the nice towels and the ability to change the thermostat so easily. There was plenty of room for all the "stuff" we had with us; the bed was comfortable....though not as firm as we are accustomed to....and the room was very quiet (even though it was right across from the fitness center) and the drapes kept the light out quite well. We will definitely stay at a Candlewood Suites again in the future...and will hope that we have time to stay more than one night! November 17, 2014

The staff is great, there are unexpected amenities (towels are good quality, the kitchenette is awesome, and the laundry rooms are free) and the hotel itself is in good shape. My only complaint was the noise levels - the walls must be uninsulated. November 16, 2014
