Hello , I spent a very good week at this hotel . Everythink was quite good , clean and organized . When I had just arrived , the front desk was closed but the reponsible made my checkin fast and accurated .
I only missed to ask for the housekeeping , i tought it was automatic and scheduled . Apart from that , I will be back for sure .

Great Room. Extremely comfortable bed. All of the kitchen appliances and amenities worked flawlessly and were extremely clean. The bathroom was clean and well-lit. I would definitely stay here again.
We came to go to Disneyland and we drove to the park everyday in less than 5 minutes. It is an extremely convenient location and you are away from the crowds of Harbor Blvd.
The room smelled like the previous guest smoked in the room despite it being a non-smoking hotel, but we did not complain at the time since we were checking after midnight and just wanted to sleep; we also thought the smell would go away after a day, but it did not. Also, we would have liked more towels in the room, but it was not a big deal.
We do plan on staying here again, and if the room smells next time we will definitely change rooms.

I tried to talk to the person at the front desk to find out if they knew of the best way to get to Disneyland and he acted as if I was inconveniencing him by asking him a question.
The hotel seemed clean when we first arrived and then when I went to prepare to put my sons to bed I found different. I pulled the extra blanket out of the closet to use on the pull out sofa and found there to be what looked like blood on the blanket. I immediately through it on the closet floor to not be used. Then when I closed the door to the bedroom I found a "COACH" box next to the dresser. I had not been shopping at "COACH" so I knew it was from the previous occupant.
I also noticed that there were visible stains on the carpets in the room. At that point it was pretty clear to me that they do not properly clean the rooms after each guest leaves, which I found to be unacceptable for a hotel. You could tell that the cleaning staff just really doesn't care about the quality of their work as if you look on the stairs you will see where they put down what looks like Carpet Fresh powder and then didn't bother vacuum it all up like you are supposed to. Even with that the hotel still wreaked of cigarettes in the hallways and stairwells.
If you are looking to pay a decent price in this area and don't care about cleanliness then this is the place to stay.

this was for a business stay. usually our projects last from 4-6 wks and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs.
would definitely return.

As always, there was something wrong with this hotel stay. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. However, the sink and garbage disposal looked as if someone had poured 'dirty water' and left residue in the sink. I turned on the disposal to clear the debris with water when it began to 'regurgitate' water back into the sink. I had to keep running the disposal to keep the water from overflowing. I contacted the front desk & the clerk wanted to move me to another room. However, the sink 'stopped' its regurgitation and I took a bath. Within 20 minutes after the bath while watching television, the sink overflowed and filled the kitchen floor with water. It was also affecting the next door resident whose sink was also overflowing. I was moved to another room. However, the whole situation was disconcerting as usual. I cannot recommend this place anymore. There's 'always' something wrong.

Stayed with Candlewood because of the quality and the price. Will return because of the quality and the service. Tanya, you gave excellent customer service. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. My husband and I had a wonderful retreat from the ordinary and were able to spend some quality time together. We will surely return to relax again in the future!
