The Staff at this property is excellent the house keeping lady did not speak one word of English this was awkward The other thing was there was a large group of teenagers who were staying at the hotel and seemed to be rentless at stealing and destroying the excelent work the staff doesand this was very sad July 24, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Wired Internet Wired internet was difficult, at best, to access. I was unable to connect my computer the entire time. I know, I know, who needs wired internet? My company laptop does not have wireless capabilities - removed for security reasons by the company. I was unable to work on an urgent issue at work due to lack of connection and ended up having to go elsewhere to connect my laptop. It would have been ok if the hotel did not offer wired internet - I would not have elected to stay here; but, don't offer this amenity, if you cannot provide it. The room was nice and comfortable. The common areas - stairs, elevators, hallways, reception area - were not. The elevators were dirty and smelled bad. The stairs and hallways were hot and the carpet was stained. The reception area is small and outdated. I will not be staying at this location again, and it makes me question whether I will stay at any Candlewood Suites in the future. June 30, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New furnishings and great bed Overall this hotel was more than satisfactory during my 6 day stay. Everything was clean and in working order. The common areas showed more wear and tear than the individual rooms. Two of the dryers were broken during most of the stay but I saw the repairmen shortly before my checkout. I did not care for the laundry, workout area and cupboard to be all located in the same room. No Platinum member benefits. June 18, 2014
